"Love Poets cove but the owners seriously need to make some investments. Staffing was terrible. Restaurant was terribly understaffed and not up to the expected level of a resort. The gym needs serious investment. Rooms were good but everything needs a spruce up."

"Breakfast had these awesome ratings but it was really, really poor. Parking was in an adjacent hotel but not allowed outside Thatch which was odd when there are a minimal amount of rooms. It meant parking, carrying bags and then parking again. "The breakfast is a waste of time unless you don't care about food quality. It's probably the cheapest ingredients they can find. Staff are all nice, the location is great and the rooms in the new building are nice enough with everything you need to cook your on your own if you want."
