Every was perfect

Very comfortable beds and great room for families. Not much dinner options locally so maybe plan ahead! Bathrooms need a bit of upkeep but a great price.

Building overheated so strongly in winter that we were sweating just sitting in the room. Breakfast choices very VERY limited; just breakfast cereal and yoghurts and croissants. However, staff were helpful, location was convenient for us and the room was fairly big

Access to Bern Aqua facilitaties was great bonus. A little bit out of old Bern but good transportation via train or tram.

A/C was excellent and quiet which was so important for us during the heat wave. Our room 206 had a misted window which made the room and the lake view very drab. It looked like the window had been in this condition for a long long time. It won’t solve itself, you will have to repair it one day DO IT NOW Lovely helpful lady (Patricia) on reception

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful, offering me a sandwich as i arrived very late when the town was pretty much shut up for the night.

Brilliant location and wonderful house. Welcome was bordering on rude, however, and booked room was "not available because of an error". Staff was not very solution-oriented. The only exception was the very smiling lady who attended the breakfast room.

Great view, room is very spacious. The rooftop is really good - suggest booking.

We received a wonderful welcome by the receptionist at this hotel, even an apology for the pouring rain. The town is very picturesque and has retained some of its medieval heritage. The food in the hotel was delightful and the atmosphere was one of comfort and enjoyment. Everyone seemed happy.
