"This hotel is such a lovely retreat to relax and unwind. The service here is really helpful and friendly, the room is comfortable and clean, and the views are amazing. Both the private onsen and the public onsens are really nice. It’s the sort of hotel you don’t want to leave during the day since you want to stay and enjoy all the little activities and experiences. They’ve thought through so many details of the guest experience, and have added unique and special touches. My family enjoyed the games, private sauna, and letter writing room. For all that is offered, the price is reasonable. The front desk is helpful. My son had lost his bag on the Shinkansen earlier that day and the staff was instrumental to us in locating the bag as we do not speak Japanese. They were so concerned and gracious. Highly recommend!"
