"Wonderful views from this hilltop hotel, but it's a long, steep walk back from the beaches! We took the hotel bus down to the beach and walked back after spending some time at the port. It's isolated, but there's a free bus from/to Toyohashi Station. The breakfast and dinner buffets are great, and much of the hotel has been recently renovated. Unfortunately they have changed the afternoon times for the onsen so that women have access to their part at 3pm but men from 5pm, which we found...

"-Bath house on premises, as well as two restaurants. -Very convenient, free shuttle bus to landmarks/stations! -Nice staff, clean enough room. -Smelled a little weird and the mini-fridge didn’t work at all, but no complaints otherwise."
