"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had and completely unworthy of the Westin name or a so-called 5-star rating. The hotel is extremely dirty. After sleeping just one night, my entire arm and back were covered in red, swollen bite marks. This was not a minor irritation — it was obvious and alarming. Cleanliness is the most basic expectation, and this hotel failed badly. Instead of taking responsibility, the hotel tried to blame me, suggesting the bites were caused by eating...

"What a wonderful hotel! Very comfortable, cozy, and quiet, with a beautiful garden and pools! Excellent on-site restaurants. Friendly staff. We felt incredibly comfortable the whole time! It may not be the newest hotel, but we've been to neighboring giant hotels, and in terms of comfort and luxurious, relaxed living, we know Sofitel is the best! The children's entertainment area is simply amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Beautiful property overlooking the bay with direct access to the ocean boardwalk. Large shopping mall is about a 20min walk and accessible via the boardwalk. Many local restaurants nearby. The rooms are slightly scuffed since they are older, but overall the room is lovely. Clean room, wonderful waterfall shower, comfy beds, robes, slippers, flip flops, hair drier, flat iron, many toiletries, water bottles, tea, coffee, quiet Breakfast buffet is massive and goes until 1pm.
