"Property was good, had large cockroaches in room and a centipede as there was no seal on the bottom of the door to keep things out. Bathroom on the JR suite was extremely small. Location is very nice lots of turtles and birds. Food was decent but not for the price. Prices are on the extreme side. "

We did have a small issue with council works outside our room and after explaining things to management they kindly moved us to another room away from the works. "Very family friendly! We loved being able to walk to beach and explore or hang out by one many different pools. Service was overall pretty great with exception of one breakfast server. Didn’t distract from a fabulous time on the property! P.S. We loved the Ohana Lounge for our last day. After we checked out we could hang out by the pool and had a place to shower before driving to airport for a red-eye flight. "

"This hotel is a total gem. It's a rare adults-only property in Hawaii, and the amenities are everything you need, nothing you don't.
