"Pros-Check in and check out was super easy and clear. Parking was free and great, we were able to park right by our unit. It is central so close to lots of stuff. Shower was hot and stayed hot for awhile! Host was quick and clear on communication. There is a microwave, small ice box, stove top burner, couple pots and pans. The AC worked well and the TV is big! "We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed while still being quiet and relaxing. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. "I booked this room based on deceiving pictures and reviews. Unfortunately non refundable. I checked in, got to my rickety, musty room that reminded me of a place that would give you bedbugs, and didn’t even sit down. I quickly booked the Marriott nearby and left. Had to eat the cost of $400, but my god this place was rough. I never, ever write bad reviews, but the reviews here are what led me to my booking so I’m compelled to at least warn others. "

"You feel like you're visiting a friend's summer house, relaxed and cozy. No frills, very chill. I was a little concerned of street noise being in the center of town but super quiet and all the other guests were well mannered. Loved the accessible "caffeine depot" as I had some jetlag."

"The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space.
