"Elevators were exceptionally slow."

"The location is great, walking distance to the State Farm Arena, Centennial park, Aquarium . The 1 night stay from checking in was not what I expected. The front desk didn’t have my reservation prepaid on Expedia months ago, the room we got had trash in the can, one coffee cup instead of 2 and a little dust rag on the desk. The air conditioner was very loud during the night . The decor was ok. And to top it all after staying 1 night I got charged for the night the second time. I had to call the hotel and the issue got resolved really quick . Overall my experience was not great. I wouldn’t recommend , though location was perfect for my visit to Atlanta to see Lady Gaga ."

"Parking was readily available, the suite was well maintained and clean, and had all the appliances and amenities one would need for a short stay. Host was helpful and communicative. Would highly recommend."
