Located at the very heart of Ubud makes it easy to visit many dining and sight seeing places nearby. However, food could be better in terms of choices and taste. Otherwise, a relaxing and memorable short stay and I would love to return again soon."

"The Villas were amazing. The staff cleaned them in the morning and turned down the room for the night. The food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious. The staff was beyond helpful. Always stopping what they are doing to say hi and see how you are doing. Made at the restaurant was amazing as were all the other managers on the property. If you ever truly want to relax the Bali way this resort is the one for you. Highly recommend The Kelapa Resort as this is my 2nd time staying here."

I was pretty disappointed coz I thought this hotel is exceptional coz it is part of the VIP access benefit.
