"Our stay was fabulous! The Armory Park Inn is outstanding in *every* respect. From the gorgeous interior to the gracious staff, my wife and I knew we had found a winner. Amy and Dora anticipated every need we could have, with snacks, plentiful towels, fast wi-fi, robes, even blackout curtains. "No the selection of food was trash. The pool was filled with dead bugs. The rooms are literally motel -6. It is the most disgusting and nasty flat pillow and sunk in middle bed we have stayed in. Pictues on site are not what is actually offered. We booked 4 days and left after 2. Never EVER AGAIN"

"Let’s be clear, this is a renovated motel. From the photos, you would not assume that so it is a surprise when you arrive. However you’re not getting the normal motel crowd, luckily. This hotel is right off the highway on like the access road. On one side of the hotel is residential and the other side it’s a strip of motels like motel six a budget inn etc,(They are gentrifying this area so in a couple of years, it should be up to par) And to give you the full picture there’s a dispensary two...

"The room was a disaster. Every night at 4:30 am there was noise above us like someone was dropping something heavy on the floor. We called the front desk, they checked and couldn’t figure out what the noise was or where it was coming from. But the crème de le crème was the a/c unit. It would turn on sporadically and every time it did it sounded like an airplane taking off. So loud!!! Worst room ever!"

"Homeless people outside and you would't want to walk to nearby restaurants as I was advised when I called after a long work day and they said they were within 5 minutes walking distance...homeless people and not a very good area. I drove around forever to find a restaurant and parking is horrible."

"Excellent location downtown. Room design is a bit too minimalistic. Two tiny drawers for clothes. Weird electrical stuff going on in our room. Lights in entrance worked and then stopped working. Cannot turn on bathroom light without Master switch and all lights on. Bath fan never worked. Room design with shower and bath and glass sliding door does not provide privacy. Just a strange setup. Whomever is designing these hotels is focused on cost savings, not the user experience. "

"The property itself is not the best but the rooms are updated and clean and the beds are comfortable. The parking lot is well and brightly lit. Breakfast was good. It is not a high end resort so don’t bring those expectations. If you need a decent and affordable room for sleeping and getting ready to go enjoy Tucson, this is the place for you. "
