"The hotel is excellent. The staff were just brilliant. Check in, restaurant, housekeeping, everything was seamless! I would highly recommend this hotel. The only couple of things I will suggest are perhaps ground coffee for filter coffee. I kept getting instant coffee when I asked for filter coffee. I think as an added touch, a small bowl of fresh fruit in the rooms would be nice. It wouldn’t be a showstopper by any means. The Conrad is still a brilliant hotel!"

A special thanks to **Shraddha** from the Customer Satisfaction Team for checking in and making sure everything was comfortable during my stay. Also, thanks to **Gupta** for the warm welcome at check-in. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would be happy to stay here again."
