We just have a great weekend my husband and I enjoy every moment in the hotel. They are very friendly very respectful and you feel a home . Their food is great with the Cheff and her wife, Johanna. Say oh, for a trip with a catamaran with everything included, which I definitely recommend for you to do.i will definitely comeback ♥️

Great stay! Even though the weather didn’t cooperate the location of the hotel is excellent! Right in front of the beach. Personnel was extra helpful. Accommodating Every need we had. Highly recommended!

An excellent place to relax and unwind from stress. Beach is beautiful. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We had the entire place to ourselves! It was amazing every day. The weather, the food, the beach!!! We took a tour to cayo arena and the experience is unforgettable! The local town has small local restaurants and businesses. We had the apartment complex because we are a family of 4., my only complaint is that the water should be fixed in the bathroom and the beds need an upgrade, otherwise it’s an amazing place to unwind. Nothing fancy and expensive- just a simple natural place on earth to breathe and enjoy!

Nice place and staff is very responsive and kind. The only thing we didn’t like is that the beach was covered by algae and the sea soil was slimy, because of a storm of days before, but this is not hotels guilt.

Everything was excellent, from the staff's service to the food. The only drawback was the parking situation, as you have to park outside the premises, and I didn’t notice any security for the vehicles there. Todo fue excelente, desde el servicio del personal hasta la comida. El único inconveniente fue el estacionamiento, ya que hay que aparcar fuera del recinto y no vi seguridad para los vehículos allí.

Booked this location as I wanted a location safe , and quiet away from tourist attractions. Prior to booking what caught my eyes, was having the beach just few steps from the room door. La isla Bonita met all my expectations and more . Upon arrival I was greeted by Kelvin, who completed the check in , which was very quick . I booked the two bedroom family stay . Kelvin gave us a tour of the apartment we were going to be staying . Which I felt in love with . The setup is perfect .Rooms were in the opposite side of the apartment . Both room with huge windows and ocean view. Rooms were really spacious with walk in closet. High chair and crib were available if needed . Been able to be just few steps to our own private beach with a toddler was amazing , I was able to run after my child without a worry about being at an over crowded beach .The beach area was super clean with plenty of seating areas with shades . Very clean bathrooms and rise off area . The staff was so kind the minute we walked to the beach one of them came and brought my daughter toys to play in the sand . They came over to ask if we wanted anything to drink or eat. The restaurant food and attention was 100/10. If you are looking for authentic Dominican food , here you will find the best . Every single plate we got from the appetizers to the breakfast the next day, was delicious and fresh . This place is a true gem .
