"LOCATION! this is right in the heart of OCNJ. We had the family suite and it slept 6 comfortably. AC was great and the bathroom was BRAND SPANKING NEW. The staff could not be friendlier, they also had beach tags, towels and chairs to borrow. There are alot of steps but that is part of the charm....felt very safe, clean and so much fun."

"The rooms are very clean. Great location as it is very close to the beach and several restaurants and shopping district. Very spacious suites/rooms. I’ve always been impressed with Biscayne Suites each time I’ve stayed here."

"A modern looking room and bathroom but small. Excellent spot within walking distance to the beach. My only issues with it were that it is self check in, although some people prefer that, and that they the shampoo bottle was completely empty and not refilled which should have at least been done since they did not allow an early check in."

"This was the perfect setup for a young family on vacation. Very walkable to the beach, boardwalk, food, and shopping. No need for driving at all. The pool was a nice temperature and the room was clean when we checked in. The room was a fine size and the kitchenette was very useful in not having to buy food for every meal.
