The customer service was so so, sometimes the staff acted like we were bothering them, like by asking for a taxi. I don't think I would go back."

The breakfast was good, and the reception staff were welcoming and informative, but unfortunately the bedroom was very dirty, with hairs and broken glass pieces on the beds and floor (we took pictures). We’ve requested them to get it cleaned up properly, but all they did was remove the broken glasses pieces from the bed, not even changed the dirty bed linen, and so this was highly...
