"Rooms were nice, clean. Refrigerator in the room was nice and it was already on. Breakfast was good, Eggs were warm, could have been a little hotter. Otherwise, no complaints. Swimming pool would have been nice also."

"While the staff was helpful in securing adjoining rooms for us, the overall experience was marred by a lack of attention to detail. While the room was generally clean, the bathroom was clearly in need of a deep, professional scrub. The biggest issue, however, was the breakfast. It did not meet brand standards in the slightest. We were faced with a selection of cold cereal, frozen pancakes, and Sam’s Club-style frozen burritos. With only two unappetizing boiled eggs on offer, it was clear that very little investment or effort went into this service. It was an extremely poor display that didn't feel like a professional hotel breakfast at all. Management needs to address both the deep-cleaning protocols in the bathrooms and the quality of their food service, as this experience was well below what I’ve come to expect from Wyndham. "

"The room was clean. Bathroom was as well. The bed was very comfortable. I was traveling alone and slept all night. I felt very safe. It is in a nice area. I will stay here agian in a few weeks on my way back home. "

"We waited about 10 mins for someone to come to the front desk at check in. The stairs & hallways were not vacuumed, our room was musty & mildew smelling. The bathroom was tiny, stains on the shower curtain. The ice machine was out of order, the pool is closed indefinitely. We asked for more towels at the front desk, and were told he would bring some up to our room shortly. Nobody came with more towels. The side ‘security’ door was blowing in the wind, no key needed to get in. I waited several minutes at the front desk waiting to checkout and request a receipt. Nobody was there, and nobody answered when I used their cordless phone system that is used for reaching staff."

"Room was clean and stocked! The front desk was helpful, friendly and attentive. The breakfast is like all other continental breakfasts. Eggs, sausage, waffle maker, bread selection and fruit. Just a few miles down the road is an array of fast food selections. We ate at a small Hispanic restaurant within walking distance. It was delicious. "
