"I liked the room set up. I didn't like the fact that there was no robe in the closet. I also found a tiny cockroach in the the bathroom. Hopefully it's just a one off incident. Otherwise infestation must be checked for. Thanks"

"Absolutely loved my stay at Urbano. I was here for two weeks and it was a very comfortable stay. The staff are friendly, the food is good, the ameneties are great, the hotel is clean. The only thing I would note is that it is on the Oxford street which can be busy and noisy but overall its a great location and I had a great experience. I will definitly be booking here again."

"The hotel staff was wonderful, breakfast was complimentary every morning. I didn’t get to enjoy the pool but the upstairs was very beautiful and the view was awesome. When the rain was pouring hard the light does go off but this hotel have a back of generator so you don’t have to worry about that being off for a long time. I enjoy everything about this hotel, and will be my go to hotel every time I visit"

"The water pressure was so bad that my shower didn't work until the evening. The wireless connection was poor. The staff member who helped me at checkin (after a long busride when all I wanted was to relax and have a shower) was rude, and I had to convince then that I had a paid reservation, even though I was showing them on my phone! "I booked a deluxe double room and prepaid. When I checked in there was an extremely foul stench coming from the bathroom and into the room. I was told it had something to do with the rain and the drains. It was unbearable, and they gave me a spray but that did nothing as I was spraying every few minutes to the point that the spray ran out. I then was asked to move to another room, but the room I was moved to was the only one available which was a smaller room, and it too had the same foul...

"When I tried to check in I was told that there were no rooms available. I had to insist on being given a room; especially when I had paid full r it more than 2 weeks in advance. Apparently it is something that happens often with the company listing the property. "

"there were a few issues with things not working in the room, like the phone, toaster, microwave. Then the toilet wasn't flushing. i had to be moved to another room. that was inconvenient and took time from my exploration time. my room key stopped working several times and i kept having to get it reactivated. that was very annoying. otherwise it's a nice place to stay and the staff were nice. i really appreciated having a nice apartment to myself."

"Before arriving I call and set up for a scheduled ride told them my time of pick and the driver show up 6am before I could even land and when I got here he was gone i didn’t get to the hotel till 12noon. As for the room the bathroom is not up too part the shower is very open when you take a shower there’s water everywhere also the toilet smell very bad from the sword the room has for who in a war the TV only has three channels my room came with breakfast and I was told I have to pay for drinks...

"We couldn’t enter the front entrance , the gate was padlocked . We drove past three times until someone directed us to enter through the parking garage. We got to the reception area there had chains and a large lock preventing anyone from entering the main entrance. It made me very uncomfortable. The room was nice but first impression has the greatest impact."
