"The sheets on our bed had a yellow stain. There was no room service done and with no phone line to front desk we had to go down to ask for extra pillows and towels. Having only one elevator working made that more of a burden. They had someone sleeping in the dining room since Friday night until Sunday morning."

"I don’t even take the time to do reviews Soo me and my family was only passing through to stay less than 24 hours made it approximately 1am got checked in finally that took forever had to wait over 30 mins got to the room wait first off she didn’t tell us the elevator was broke had to climb 3 flights no problem got to the room boom was a dirty room someone literally just left sheets was still pulled back head print on the pillows towels on the floor … no accommodations so money wasted had to go...

We stayed May 29th May 30th we had a two and half Hour drive to Katy Mills TX.
Check in was easy the deal we originally had was I believe for 1 room 2 queens around $200.00 ish dollars when we got there I asked what floor we were on she said the 4th floor so with Expedia deals sometimes you get the higher level if floors 3rd or 4th floor I was not pleased with that since we just drive 2 1/2 hours from San Antonio Tx the kids were ready to play and so I asked if we had a lower floor...
