"Pros:
Historic, Very clean hotel with daily cleaning and lovely and respectful frontdesk staff. In the heart of downtown so access is great and the shops around would address most of your needs.
Cons:
Our AC was broken and we let the staff know, they just gave us a heater and that was it. We were expecting the hotel manager to come and follow up with maintenance staff to address the issue, but since it was over the weekend I think she preferred to stay at home. We let them know about the issue on Friday morning and were there three days but no one came to fix the AC. Surprising level of management and service for the second most expensive hotel in the town.
PARKING: The hotel doesnt have parking and only offers valet parking. If you want to use self parking, it becomes a nightmare since you will need to use a nearby bank parking only between 6PM-9AM and during the day you will need to find alternative solutions. Parking is a headache altogether."
