"Check in went ok. Agent was kind but hotel is run down and you could tell even at check in. Main elevator was down. Finally got Got to our room.... bed looked slept in, and black hairs all over the tub, floor and sink. Drains obviously didn't work so the water backed up with even more hair. Absoutely disgusting.
We lowered our number of nights and promptly checked out. No one was at the front desk for over 20 minutes. We are still having issues getting anyone to reply and return our money....

"I would NOT recommend this place for a stay. It was a stay to play for our team and everyone had a terrible experience. None of the food service listed on the website was available. No breakfast, no dinner, no bar, no snacks/drinks. The pool was closed. My room had black mold on the shower curtain and the safety latch for the door was broken. One of our families helped with a medical emergency and the phone didn’t work so they couldn’t call the desk or 911. The hot water was off and on. There...
