"Very good service and very clean room "

"Breakfast and dinner, although with limited variety, are very good. Above all, all the staff are friendly, professional and very efficient."

"Staff is super nice and helpful. Breakfast is amazing."

"This wonderful hotel is only half a block from Rua Coberta, within walking distance to the main church, Largo da Borges and many other attractions. The location was always clean even during the rainy days, staff was helpful with our luggage, car parking and directions as well as proving us with umbrellas (much needed but forgotten). "Nice hotel and room great service "

"Great stay / hotel is very nice, service is great together with restaurant and breakfast."

"The breakfast was incredible!"

"Great location. The room I stayed in could use some maintenance and care. Friendly staff and a fantastic breakfast."

"The property was amazing so cozy and welcoming and in the heart of Gramado, just steps for local attractions. Definitely coming back. "

"Central location allowed for walking to all of our favorite places. "

"Small room but super quaint and great location. Wonderful staff, as well."

"This is a throwback to the days of the classy hotels. I highly recommend!"

"Excelente. "

"Equipe maravilhosa e atenciosa! Ótimo café da manhã. Local silencioso. Limpo."

Porém a equipe do hotel sempre esteve a disposição para me auxiliar.
