"Great spot for a weekend getaway in Ithaca. The 1831 mansion restoration is stunning and gives the whole place a really cool vibe. My partner and I loved winding down at Bar Argos in the evening—the drinks and atmosphere are excellent. Having proper coffee right in the lobby the next morning was a huge plus. It is super walkable to the Commons, making it the perfect base for a couple's trip. Definitely stay here over a generic hotel chain."

"Needs updating. Tub had mold on caulking and you could see a repair done in the ceramic. Not awful but noticeable. Coffee creamer curdled even though it was the non-refrigerated kind. Otherwise, the room was clean. We would still stay here again. We liked the location."

"Check in was very good. The gal at the front desk very friendly.
On day before our check-out I went to office to use computer and printer to print boarding passes and guest computer and printer was not working. Waited for like 15 minutes for the lady at front desk to print like over 50 pages for a gentleman that appeared to be an executive.
I then went and asked since the guest computer was not functioning could she print boarding passes for me. She was rude and asked why I wouldn’t just use...

"Help desk was unprofessional, the room was in disarray. The door had a hole in it, the blinds cover fell off and landed on my daughter’s head. We asked to speak with the manager and fill out an accident report, he said he did not have one. The manager took my phone number to take the incident report and never called."

"The hotel is in a corporate park location so it was very quiet and in a nice setting. The staff was super helpful in accommodating our large party of 25. The only complaints I have is that the AC is extremely noisy and there is a tub instead of a shower that seems to be on a slight slant making it slippery and not easy to shower. Room was nice and everything was clean."

"The property was clean. Only issue was other guests leaving their food waste in the elevator car instead of placing in the garbage. Elevators could use some cleaning. Electric shade did not work in our room so we couldn’t get any sunlight. Enjoyed the waffles at breakfast. Front desk staff were very nice, professional and especially helpful when trying to access pool area due to room key not working. Would stay again."

"First night: dirty hairs in tub, makeup on towels, tub faucet falling off, pieces of trash on floor, dirty duvets. We complained and got a new room second night. Much better, but still not the quality of where we spent the third night: a Holiday Inn Express. Hands down a totally different and better experience. I would put this hotel in the “skip this one” category."
