"The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Always greeting us and assisting us with hailing a cab, carrying bags and anything else we needed. Every request was met with a smile. The breakfast buffet was quite comprehensive and delicious. We loved the security of the elevator (cannot go to floors without your key card). The location of the hotel was great to get to Kemeralti (the bazaar) or many restaurants and cafés. In addition, walking on the waterfront was lovely. Highly recommend."

"I've stayed at quite a few hotels in Izmir and, so far, Zeniva is the best one. In fact, since I first stayed there I keep coming back (4-5 visits now, I guess). I always choose the Deluxe Double Room. It's in a peaceful location - very little in the way of external (street) noise. Like any hotel, there is a bit of internal noise but mostly guest seem to be quiet by midnight and I'm able to sleep fine (and I'm a light sleeper, so that means something). It's very clean; the housekeeping...

Aufgrund der Neueröffnung präsentiert sich das Hotel in einem tadellosen und sehr sauberen Zustand.

"The room was clean, but water pooled in the bathroom area. The staff didn’t behave very nicely. Breakfast was simple and poor. You could hear night music in the rooms. Sometimes there was a fishy smell in the hotel. You had to pass through a fish market with a strong smell to reach the hotel. You had to carry your bags across wet ground that smelled of fish."
