"Great choice for Oviedo. Clean, modern room and spacious bathroom. Comfortable bed. Breakfast had enough options. Underground parking very convenient - not free but you can get a discounted rate if you validate the parking ticket at the hotel reception. My main comment is that it’s not easy to find with Google Maps - the hotel is on a sloped part of the city, so the entrance is only on the street level if you approach from a higher street. If you approach from a lower street, you will find the gym below the hotel, which doesn’t allow access to the hotel. So you’ll need to go up the stairs on the street, or go around the block to access the hotel from a higher street level. There are no signs for the hotel from the street. It would be better if the hotel gave instructions or have signs outside to make it easier to find."

"Great stay at Exe Hotel El Magistral! The location is perfect for Camino pilgrims—just steps from the tourism center where you can pick up your Camino passport, very close to the Cathedral of San Salvador, and about a 20-minute walk to the Oviedo train station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and a laundromat is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel itself is a bit older, but it’s very clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, which really made a difference. Highly recommend for anyone starting or passing through Oviedo on the Camino!"
