"The air conditioning was not turned on even though it was 30 Celsius outside. When we asked about it we were told it hadnโt been turned on yet and it was up to the manager to decide if it was hot enough. Our room was on the third floor - heat rises - it was too hot to sleep.
The hotel has one side where there is no elevator access. The hotel description says it has an elevator. We would not have booked here if we knew we had to use stairs.
Our bathroom did not have a proper shower. It...

"The terrace bar has a phenomenal view. It's very busy. Although there are a lot of people going up for the view the room was very quiet. We were in room 53 the terrace was a above us. When the staff cleaned up at night it got loud as they removing this. The elevator can be a wait at times."

If you have a complex check in process you have to have people to help. Instead they have no front desk and they tell you to walk to another hotel if you want help. Wish I could give a higher review but spent over an hour giving away all my personal info several times on a website that sucks.
