"Desk staff abrupt when registering. Did not mention restricted service desk coverage (although it was posted on entry door in German and small print in elevator/room). Was not told registering that we had to request room service on a daily basis or when wanted. Why bother having a do not disturb sign in room? No telephone in room with no night staff - why should guest have to pay for international call if emergency. No Kleenex in room. Could not shower last evening - all towels wet with no one at desk that could provide. Without automatic room cleaning toilet paper supply ran low. No inquiry when checking out how stay was. Would not rebook. "

"Modern, very clean room in historic property with exceptional location. Walk to everything in Altstadt. Breakfast buffet was excellent with wide choice of breakfast items in convenient format. Nice way to start morning. If arriving by automobile you will need to park in one of the city garages so plan accordingly. We would stay at this hotel again."
