"Terrible experience. The lady at the front desk told us we could not get towels for the pool. She said they were for people who were checking in later that night, but the pool was closing in 10 mind. I have NEVER seen people handed towels as they check in. My daughter and I weren’t given anything when we checked in! She was rude and just didn’t want to work. "The room was so gross, the chair and bedspread had stains on it the room smelled, and there was a garbage bag over the smoke detector. We left and refused to stay here."

"I was not impressed with my stay, the parking lot was not very well maintained and the pool looked like you were at the beach, sand all over the bottom, even though it was an outdoor pool it could have been better maintained. And then I got locked out of my room, had to go to the front office for them to reset my key. The room it self was clean, but the coffee in the rooms was not good."

"Just stayed 3 nights for a quick family vacation. We loved the family suite with 2 queens beds, a bunk bed, and the pull out couch. The room was so spacious. The location is great 15 minutes from multiple beaches including Silver Beach, Lion Park Beach, and Warren Dunes. We visited all three and loved different things about each. It’s not luxury but a great family hotel."

"Room was very clean, smelled nice. No issuse with the room at all. On our second day they ran out of towels which was a very odd situation to be in given that we were at a hotel close to the beach. Housekeeping took the normal towels and left some veru small ones. Front desk was somewhat indifferent. Breakfast was ok. The pool could have used a bit more cleaning."

"Unfortunate circumstances. I booked this hotel for my sister’s wedding, just 2 nights of mostly just somewhere to sleep and get ready and we couldn’t even do that. I had one hour to get ready for my sister’s rehearsal dinner and once you get past the bums wandering the parking lot, the room was an “oh that’s why they hang out here” moment. The pictures online look nice I was shocked, and clearly fooled. I felt bad only one man was running the entire hotel. This is where my frustration comes in:...
