"Location was good next to mall with food court and restaurant. Staff was great. Breakfast was mediocre: coffee machine broke, only had packets of instant coffee. Food quality was passable. Room was clean and functional. Overall it’s fine for a night after a tour or cruise before departing from Heathrow in the morning."

"Great place and great location - especially if you are going on a cruise. Walking distance to the port and also to the bus and train station. A bit hot in our room since there was no air conditioning, but the fan provided helped. This was in June, though, and we had very hot weather. Would come back in a heartbeat!"

"The room smelt surgically clean when we arrived but we soon got used to it! It was quite small but you get what you pay for and beds were super comfy. Parking was £12.50 for the day. It's very close to the retail park and West Quay shopping centre, and high street shops. If you want somewhere cheap and clean I would recommend here."

"Don’t waste your money for breakfast buffet. It’s not even close to Hampton Inn’s breakfast. There’s no air conditioning in the building except reception area. The room was old and tired, bed was terrible, carpet was gross, toilet was broken so we had to change room. One guest was so discussed ended up walking out after checked it. Pictures on website was definitely not what the room is like. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone."
