"A beautiful hotel with a rich history! You can't beat the view of the harbor and location for activities. Plus, the Visitor's Center, harbor taxies and tour busses are all within a block. The staff was so friendly and professional. The rooms were awesome, with great beds and pillows. My only complaint is that some rooms have you check in on the 1st floor vs the main lobby. "WE were blown away when entering our room. It was a full-on suite with 2 Q, complete kitchen, gigantic LR. Beautiful view and close to everything in the harbor."

"The rooms are super clean, and well appointed. The bathroom has a separate very large and deep tub. With spray nozzles to rinse with. The coffee markers were both drip and pods, and the hair dryer was a dyson. They even had both an iron and a clothes steamer."

"Everything about the stay was great. Room was clean, front desk was very nice and helpful. Check in and check out process was very easy. The only downside (which I was aware of before checking in) are the limited front desk hours, they're not 24x7. A few times I arrived after hours and had to call security to be let in. It would be significantly more convenient for guests if the fob worked for both doors 24x7. But overally a very pleasant stay in a historic building. "

"It is a older hotel but in general it was ok. It was fairly quiet but we were on the top floor at the end of hall which probably helped. The room was fairly clean. There was a small stain on our sheets and the housekeeping staff was quick at replacing the sheets. There is no a/c in the room but it was not extremely hot outside as it was April. You could only open the windows slightly for fresh air and there was a fan in the room. So we manage to keep the room at a decent temperature. I can...
