"The location is superb with shops, restaurants, harbour and public transport stops all within an easy walking distance. The hotel has luggage storage facility; convenient for us as we checked out at noon but our flight was only at midnight. Our room had a really small TV inside the closet; that would be the only thing that was a bit odd; apart from that, we enjoyed our day at this hotel both times and we would gladly go back on our next trip to Victoria."

"We arrived early afternoon and our room was ready. We had just flew in from Toronto The staff were very helpful with parking suggestions and where to eat. Our room was very clean. We liked that the hotel is within walking distance for shopping and sightseeing."

He also helped us map out how to do everything we wanted while still making it back to the ferry to get to the airport in time. Simply wonderful service! "
