"Breakfast was a great spread and good value, was delicious and fresh. Rooms was clean and had the main amenities you needed but then lacking there was no conditioner for the hair, just shampoo and body wash. The room i was in was hot and i asked for someone to look into it but no one did. There were mix messages also provided bathing robe for the sauna which i was told i would get free but then the next day told i would be charged. The night staff when i arrived were so polite and friendly and helpful but the rest of the days the day time staff were abrupt with an oriental lady and not that friendly so it was disappointing. The F&B staff were so nice and hardworking which was really nice to see"

"Breakfast had vegan choices which were nice for non dairy choices food was fresh and plentiful. Rooms verry small but to be expected on one of the main Platz areas but was very clean and room cleaned daily."

"Beautiful and very comfortable hotel. Excellent location and we were able to walk to almost all of the major sites we wanted to see. Beautiful views of the cathedral and the river from our room. Lovely atrium bar. We would definitely stay here again if in Berlin."

"What I will always remember about this very nice hotel, is that I drop my wallet on my way out of the hotel, in the street. Two hours later when I came back, one of the evening staff asked me if it was mine, and after proving it, he returned it intact. Berlin was our first stop for a one month trip. Loosing my wallet would have ruined it. He saved our trip, and the hotel was very nice."
