"I liked the convenance of the motel and the price. The wifi could have worked and chairs to sit in along with working tv. Oh maybe a microwave or at lease a water pot so we could make instant hot water.. but I guess I was asking or expecting to much"

"The hotel was excellent—honestly, the room felt very cozy. However, for a group of five people, the sofa bed is quite uncomfortable. The service was top-notch, and the room cleaning and upkeep were of high quality. That said, the bathroom could use a bit more attention to detail. Everything was in place and fully stocked, but it lacked thorough cleaning, especially in the shower area. On the other hand, the included breakfast was outstanding and of very high quality. "I lived in Gainesville for 30 years. It was exciting to come home and see this beautiful hotel so conveniently located in the middle of downtown with access to restaurants and shopping! This is exactly where you want to be. The rooms are clean, large, well appointed, and quiet."

We stayed for 2 nights and our room wasn’t refreshed by housekeeping so we were waiting on clean towels and toilet paper. Reservations were required at both of the upscale restaurants on property which was a bummer. "
