"We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia."

"First off the lobby smelled amazing. The rooms were spacious, and there was on-site parking. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. There was a gentleman that worked the bar & café area in the evening; He was exceptionally nice and accommodating, one of the best parts of our visit."

"This is an unique experience for us. There is no traditional lobby or reception area. All entrances are managed by electronic keypad. The staff coordinated with us through the text messages for daily cleanup and other needs. The hot tub does not have soap, shampoo and no place holder for one we brought. I will stay again but I wish there is a soap holder. Parkign is easy. The place is well maintained but bed, mattress and carpet could use more cleaning or even new ones."

"Inexpensive. The room was clean (when I arrived) and didn't smell, the air conditioner worked, and the shower had hot water. The room was poorly maintained. The privacy latch hung off the doorjamb, as if the door had been kicked in. There was a power strip dangling from the microwave (this is a code violation). The toilet flushed properly about half the time. There was supposed to be daily housekeeping, but I was here for five days, the room was never cleaned, and the trash wound up spilling...

"Arrived at 2:35 PM and there was no one at the front desk. A person in the lobby said check in is at 3:00 PM. Most hotels allow guests to check in prior to the stated time. There were several people mingling around the entrance with others sitting at a picnic table close by drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana. It definitely wasn't a good look. Thursday night when returning from a meeting at 8:00 PM there were 2 men in kilts in the lobby and the older one was on his phone no doubt trying to...

"This may be an outlier experience. The room and facilities were good as is obviously the super convenient location next to ROC. However check in was quite slow as the desk had one person on her first day working solo many things went wrong. She was super nice, just having a very difficult time. The worst was when trying to shower at 5:30am prior to an early flight there was zero hot water. Not even luke warm. On checkout I informed the staff guy so others would not be so inconvenienced.
