"The location is awesome with quick and easy access to shopping, parks, food, transit, bars, Providence Park or the dispensary one block away! Free parking next to downtown is a definite treat, with transit and walking you won't even need your vehicle. The family friendly suites are two bedrooms with a living area and kitchenette, they are pet friendly as well! Bathrooms have working fans which is a big plus with a family! The place was clean and staff friendly. We will definitely be back!"

"They are sneaky, they hide a $10 parking fee per day. They also charge $16 for a basic breakfast. I clearly chose to prepay for $10 for the breakfast for my entire stay, but the young lady at the front desk just told me that it was $16. She couldn't explain that because I booked through Expedia it was only going to cost us $10. I wouldn't have minded spending $10 had I known that's what I would have been charged. Training is important. If you call to complain that you're upstairs neighbors are jumping off beds and crashing and screaming and running they will call them to let them know that you complained. This happened two nights in a row up until 10:00 p.m. and started again at 7:00 a.m. nothing was done. I could hear the phone ring and then two seconds later there was jumping and stomping and crashing twice as loud. We were sitting in our room waiting for the rest of our group to arrive and the housekeeping walked right in after I had asked them to not clean our room. I met eyes with her and told her not today we didn't need it, and she continued to walk into the bathroom and start cleaning. I actually had to get up and ask her to leave. I think it was a language barrier, but training should be given. No means no. There are definitely places close by that treat their guests better. With a free breakfast. And free parking."

"Unfortunately we did not have a great experience here. Although the front desk people were very friendly, neither Expedia or the hotel itself warned us there would be road construction right outside our room until 1 am. All the other guests had already asked to change rooms so we were simply offered earplugs which don’t help much when there is jackhammering going on. The hotel was aware of this and should have contacted us since they were putting us on that side of the hotel. Coffee and tea selections were very minimal in the morning in the lobby as well. Usually Expedia includes all fees in their final price. After we checked out the hotel also included another $60 in city taxes. Thankfully Expedia set it right and gave us a refund for the taxes. "

"The staff upon check in were amazing! Breakfast is your normal continental breakfast with toast/bagel and cereals, great options for yogurts and on the go options. Coffee is yum! Salted water taffy is an amazing bonus. Room was spacious and furnished with everything to cook and host. Balcony/patio was amazing to have coffee every morning or to decompress. Felt safe staging here- lots of people walking their dogs up and down the street. Only downfall, elevator was broken and walls are THIN!!!! Super thin so we heard all doors closing/slamming all night and day. And the streetcar which goes by every 15 minutes which you learn to ignore. Added bonus-inn offers free passes. Would stay here again for a night or two but not any longer. "
