Hotel La Quinta Inn & Suites di Putnam Valley

"I arrived with my 93-year-old father and checked in, only to find that the elevators were out of order. We had no indication of this prior, and it created an issue when we were put on the third floor. Fortunately, my father was able to navigate the stairs, although with some difficulty. The rooms themselves were very nice, and the staff was as helpful as they could be, which brings my review up a couple of notches.
