"The smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in for sure. It had even a room from a cruise beat! Using key cards to use the elevator was annoying but I get it was a safety measure! The fire alarm was tripped somewhere in the building upon check in so that was loud! Not a place to stay if you have kids."

"The curtain was broken and laying in the floor. I was offered a new room but I fixed it myself. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The shower head was old and stopped up. At 200 dollars a night I expected more."

"The hallway and elevators smelled bad. Poorly lit. The floors on the 3rd floor was cracking and making sounds. We stayed from Thursday to Monday and no one cleaned our room or got us clean towels. We really really had a bad experience it was extremely frustrating I did not get my money’s worth. I would not recommend this hotel to no one"

"I booked this hotel through EXPEDIA and then found out when I got home I was booked again by the hotel (double billing). After a few phone calls I was able to correct the billing. Make sure you check your credit card charges!"

"The room amd bathroom were very clean. The customer service was excellent. Turns out our fridge had been unplugged but maintenance quickly and promptly accessed that and corrected however the fridge didn't get cool enough to trust in the one night we were there so we had to rely on our cooler and ice. Beds were a little too hard and seemed older compared to the cosmetics updates of the room. But we'd definitely stay here again."

"Our room was so close to the breakfast area so it made it so easy to plan our morning! Our biggest complaints would be the consistent smell of weed whenever we entered our room. We didn’t smell it in the lobby or any other areas except for around our room and in our room. We told the front desk and they said they’d investigate but we never got a follow up. Also, the pool wasn’t the cleanest…murky and had leaves in it which was interesting for an indoor pool. There were two outdoor fireplaces...
