"The very definition of hospitality. On the first night we had dinner at the lounge, we asked if theres fried egg jokingly which the staff said no, but upon seeing how my mom couldnt eat anything (she doesnt eat pork and beef, so there wasnt much for her to take except for salad) the cute staff wearing glasses and fringe (i dont know her name) surprised us with fried eggs for mom, we were very happy. During check in i also had a pleasant chat with the staff. On the last day of stay, mandy and jamie from lounge were very nice and friendly too. We had pleasant chat and they surprised us again with flowers and traditional snacks specialty of xiamen for us to try home. The desserts from the lounge were delicious too. The room was great of course as expected from langham, but the staff made them better. Thank you. "
