"Great gym facility! There are two gyms available, one inside the hotel building and a partnership with a nearby gym & swimming pool complex under 1 min walk. The partnership gym is excellent, greater range of equipment and services than my local gym! The gym in the hotel building is small and open 24hrs. To use the swimming pools you must wear a swim cap, and there are no towels in the gym or pool complex so remember to take one from your hotel room."

"Worse hotel experience in Shenzhen . Staff at reception don’t speak English . Breakfast is terrible . Impossible to eat it . Gym has just 3 « machines «  which 2 of them are broken . It’s not a gym . Just some machines places next to the washing machines . It’s a horrible hotel and with a reception staff that is very unprofessional and doesn’t speak English . "

"Very difficult to find. No information from owner on how to find location. You have to go to floor 19, apartment 1916A. When I knocked on the door no one answered. A friendly staff for the building on the bottom floor called for me and at first no one answered - finally called back 20 minutes later and took me to room. No one spoke English so be prepared for that; communication is through WeChat. Room was okay, nothing special but relatively clean"
