"I don't know if all the rooms have the same bathroom but the water leaked out of the handicap shower. It was all over the floor. Also I would recommend installing a towel rack or hook along the sink for guests to hang small towels to dry."

"Clean room and friendly staff. However, please be aware their pool is closed September to May. It was 90F in Tucson the day we were there and nothing in the reservation system I used had alerted me to the pool being closed. "

"The initial room I was assigned had a strong odor, which required me to request a change. Additionally, although my stay was for three nights, I had requested housekeeping service on the second night, but it was not provided. Overall, the experience was average and fell short of expectations."
