"Victoria was very helpful and pleasant whom she obtained check-in information from me for late arrival. Well done on her part! In term of the unit, it was clean but dish washer was not working, the carpet is soiled and dirty looking, balcony furniture was disgustingly dated and stained, dining table was sticky, balcony floor is dirty. Overall my impression of the unit is dirty and dated. The best was the bedding, comfortable bed and thick towels."

"Good"

"Great place will stay again"

"This place was exactly what I needed with my 2 dogs on our drive between the Gold Coast and the Whitsundays. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was quiet once I went to sleep, I do sleep with earplugs in otherwise you may hear some noise from the Highway and trains. The only downfall was the shower pressure was painful - one spout came out so strong it felt like razor blades to my skin and the rest was dribbling so I was unable to enjoy a shower. I brought this up with the staff...

"Tge place was aged but the rooms were clean. Bed comfortable. Lady at reception was nice. The courtyard was a nice place to site and read and have a drink."

"Make sure you bring a shower cap. Shampoo & conditioner was good. Good size swimming pool. Enjoy the stay."

"We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again"

"The room was suitably clean and fresh, the air conditioning was indicating it needed cleaning and the sweep direction was broken, so we had to attach some duct tape to adjust the direction of air coming out as it was blowing directly down on the bed and it was also unusually noisy, which made it hard to get to sleep, other than that it was a very comfortable stay, I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others."

"The cabin was very clean and tidy and provided all of the amenities that a traveller requires."

"Spacious apartment top location. We were staying there for a week during a sport competition at the sailing club. It just minutes away from where we need to go every day central of everything."
