"Check in was fast. The receptionist was helpful. I was very disappointed they didn't have breakfast included, but that was my bad I will read much closer. Accessible parking. Room was clean, no complaints. I don't think I'll stay again, I like to stay where breakfast is included."

"First of all. I made my reservation on line and expressed in two areas I needed a handicapped room. Get to the hotel no handicapped rm. Was give a reg room. No phone, no remote for tv, key gave trouble, didnt have ext blanket.. Trash all over the place. Only area clean was the pool. Not my first time there, but my last. 😡"

"Upon arriving to the property it felt like I was a character in GTA. There was a lot of people that were consuming drugs on the property despite the no smoking signs. Additionally, I will add that I chose a nonsmoking room and it reeked of weed. My family and I did a deep cleanse of the room ourselves because it really did feel unsanitary. I will say the cleaning staff was kind. When we asked for new sheets because the ones we had when we arrived were dirty. There was mold on the bathroom...

"The room was relatively clean, but VERY dated (carpets need replacing, stained lamp shade, kitchen cabinets a bit beat up, etc. Also, while the pics of the room showed 2 queen beds side by side, we were provided a 2-story room with 1 bedroom on one floor and the 2nd bedroom on the 2nd. The 2nd story was substantially warmer than the 1st. I feel this should have been disclosed upon check-in and asked if this arrangement would work."
