"I have stayed at this hotel a few times recently. This time was not good. I'm wondering if it's under new management. I am disabled and have to have an accessible room. The room I was in this time had no towel bars at all. We were given only one washcloth each. There is no waste basket by the sink in the bathroom area. The ironing board broke as soon as we tried to put it up. It was very noisy. They did not allow any kind of late checkout, even for the disabled. The door to the room has no way...

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and nice. I had a little beep the first night coming from the dishwasher but they took care of it very quickly. They were very nice and helpful. A very clean comfortable hotel."

"Great staff and facility. The building was a little older and dated, but it had everything you need. The staff were painting the parking cement block so they are putting effort into the place. The only downside was the carpet area between the armchair and bed seems to be a little not clean/vacummed. "Our toilet did not flush which made for an interesting situation. We arrived for breakfast at 8am there was no food left."

"Liked the efficiency and its large refer. The toilet bowl had not been cleaned properly, dirty under the rim and fece smears in the toilet, like it had been used after cleaning. Road and parking lot construction made for noisy and vibration all the way to floor 4. No sleep was disturbed. Breakfast was sub-standard for this price range, limited fruit and yogurt varieties, but was OK. "There should have been a continental breakfast included in the price since no coffee makers were in the rooms. We booked our rooms for 2 nights but were locked out after our first night. I had to go back to main desk to unlock both rooms on two different occasions! We arrived about 6:30 on a Friday night & ate in the restaurant & had a very nice gentlemen wait on us, he was good & so was the food."
