"In general the hotel is very run down. Things falling apart and dysfunctional, including pool area and umbrellas and gardens. The resort is in desperate need of serious maintenance. Also, no wi fi in rooms for a 4 star hotel is not really acceptable. Die Gastgeber betreiben ihre Unterkunft mit ganz viel Herzblut und bei Fragen hatten wir immer Ansprechpartner und Hilfestellung. Der Pool und die Poolbar ermöglichen auch mal eine kurze Erfrischung zwischendurch. Tsitsikama Nationalpark und Robberg Island sind von hier sehr gut zu machen. "
