"The property is located on a beautiful lake and view sitting on the deck was great.
Management accommodated a last minute room request for first floor due to knee injury and that was very much appreciated"
"The check in was great, the room was wonderful except for a leak in the ceiling of the bathroom that dripped just in front of the toilet. It was reported late the arrival day, and maint was in to look at it, saying they just fixed that ceiling. The next day the leak was worse, and when contacting front desk, they seemed not to be aware of it. We asked for more towels to soak it up, and got that. When we checked out, again I mentioned the problem and not a thing was said to me about the issue from the staff??
Except for this mechanical issue, the room was nice, the pool great, and the inside parking more than expected"
