"Great staff and great place. My only gripe was that the showers were not always hot. Thats important to me in the heart of winter. There was no lift (elevator), so maybe not your first choice if you struggle with stairs."

"Hotel sympa, pas loin du centre, personnel aimable et facile d’accès de l’aéroport de Kharkiv en prenant le trolleybus numéro 5 jusqu’au terminus qui se trouve à 5 minutes à pieds de l’hôtel. "
