"The hotel's boiler was not working and they did not have hot water. The boiler could not be fixed until Monday. We asked for hotel recommendations and they had none. We were late for an event by two hours. It was a horrible expereince."

"No bath towels or toilet paper in the room when we checked in. Random hairs on the bed and on hand towels. Room smelled terrible of cigarettes, there was also a giant crater in the middle of the bed which made sleeping uncomfortable. Front desk lady was super nice and informative. Definitely looked better online than in person. "

"Christina helped us at the bar with dinner and always greets us so warmly. Not only was she there working at 8:30 at night but we saw her at breakfast as well. Every single interaction with her has be so warm, welcoming and enjoyable. She’s such a magnetic person. "

"We booked this hotel to celebrate our son’s birthday. The staff was incredibly kind. One of the staff members offered a brownie to my son for his birthday. Great experience!"

We planned to use the hot tub but discovered it was dirty (green) and located outside.
