We went with another family and she moved us to the same floor, although we were initially checked in on different floors. She signed us up for rewards to save money. When we were stuck in traffic and couldn't make it in time to pick up our food from Chili's right across the street, she tried calling them (their phone number wasn't working) and then she went and picked up our food for us. We were really impressed with her hospitality. "
