"Yumi was an excellent host! She communicated with us prior to arrival, on arrival and throughout our stay. The property itself is better than the pictures make it look. The blue and green tiled floors are more vibrant in person. Whilst there are things which could be fixed and improved such as the light fixtures, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. "Excellent Service! We were lost and could not find the hotel entrance and a staff person from the hotel helped us with our bags and called receptionist for us. "Everything was amazing, we really loved our stay!! Teresa is such a lovely lady, she was preparing fresh, very tasty breakfast for us every morning and each time it was different, with products from their land. She was very welcoming and made us feel at home! The road to the property is very narrow so we weren't able to drive to it but Matteo kindly gave as access to secure parking area and took us there on the last day with all the luggage!
