"The staff was really nice and helpful! Everything else was a disaster! The food not good, we even found cockroaches in bread bucket! The bed and pillows terrible, for the first time ever my back and neck was hurting! Unable to eat, unable to sleep two most important things in an AI, and let’s not say about cleaning pfff! The only thing that I liked was the beach but the hotel I could give 0 stars. Would not pick RIU anymore and would not recommend! "

"The Atlantis property is huge with lots to see and do. We stayed at the Coral hotel which was a little dated but fine for us. The staff were very helpful and while we had a few little things wrong with our room they came and fixed it right away. They gave us a rollaway bed at no extra charge. Lots of breakfast and meal options right in the hotel. Warning that the food is very expensive and not great however. Not just at hotel but all around the property. "

"Needs improvement in the appearance of the hotel. The flooring in the room wasn't nice as well as the carpeting in the hallways. The bathtub finishing was peeling off. Lastly and most importantly the heat needed to be on or turned up! the pools were way too cold to enjoy, my kids went in I would of liked to enjoy a swim with them but I couldn't because it was way to cold. "

"We had a great time. Upgraded room, the bedt manager and housekeeper. The hotel was constanly being cleaned. I will definitely stay here again. "

"Awful. Food was overpriced and generally below average. Had to send a number of things back. Staff generally disinterested and our suite on check in was not cleaned. Moved us to a smaller room. I could go on but I will never be returning there so I can’t be bothered. Avoid at all costs. "

"Demetri was warm and welcome smile I needed after a long flight, everything was excellent and I hope to return again. I do wish the inside snack shop was open later as well as the outside bar, I would have loved to sit there and enjoy music, pool and drinks in the evening but it didn't change my experience, overall 10/10. "Do not advertise rhat an airport shuttle is available if there is no shuttle service provided. Roon 210 has a bed with a hole in it. This is very uncomfortable. There arw small roaches running about in the bathroom and even one was seen in the dining area where the juices are"
