"Staff was friendly."

"The property was nice, the staff made it very easy for check in and out as everything was done via text messages. Plenty of grass along the street to walk your dog in and a nice secluded courtyard area with a covered area to cook and relax while the kids play. Definitely not a Hotel though as the name says, these are Motel rooms. The rooms show their age with some patches to dry wall and other areas that look to be completed by a handy man instead of a professional but overall we enjoyed our stay. For the location and the value, i don't think you could beat it. We stayed in room #2 "

"when we got there it was around 7:30 so it was past 8 o’clock so around 9:30 went to take a shower and the hot water heater was not working but by the time we got around to taking showers we couldn’t call the office about it because the office was closed until 8am the next day and even though it got fixed the shower head was messed up and wouldn’t let the full pressure of the water come out then the tv only had 10 channels because it was on cable and it said there was a pool and hot tub well there was a nasty pool and no hot tub I didn’t get ot taken pictures"

"A quiet place to make reasonably loud memories with loved ones. Having a comfortable place to relax after the day's adventures and enjoying the laughter of our friendly banter... this was a great place to stay. We went back in February for Valentine's Day, I'm not sure why I can't leave a review on that particular stay, but it was so fantastic. The owners were so thoughtful and left us a little goodie basket that included delicious scones! And it was so thoughtful that there was at least 3 of everything in there, so that no one felt like the odd one out. I absolutely adore this place, and anytime we're going to Johnson City, Blanco, Hye, Fredericksburg, or even someone's to Austin- it's worth the drive to stay here."

"Camp Lucy is such a lovely place. We did the vineyard tour which was very enjoyable and then went over to see the chickens. I wish the library over in the spa area was open to hotel guests because it rained all weekend and there wasn’t any place indoors for me to sit and read. Breakfast was wonderful "
