"The staff. Friendly and professional and helpful, Oustanding sense of service . The roof top Oustanding pool area and hot tub . They ask for you to reserved the jacuzzi and sauna and steam room and leave a 30 mins between clients that way the area gets cleans for each client prior utilization very healthy oriented. The breakfast was included with buffet to choose plenty of variety. Room area super clean , they got bodegas or supermarket close by in case you like to walk around and a salavery mall area with plenty of foods and shopping and a park in San Isidro walking way for Walk or bike . The area is full of security so if absence of safety as they got couple of embassy's close by the hotel . I truly recommend stay in it . Night light is good you could uber to Miraflores or stay on the roof too they got a bar with music and even dj or live music on weekends and snack food as well . Elizabeth at front desk was super helpful, Eduardo at the bar as well . And the staff at the dining very clean and profesional . Thank you so much to make my stay a wonderful memory and stay .."

"We arrived quite early in the morning from a long flight and much prior the check-in time. However, Ms Yasuri at the front desk kindly arranged for a very nice alternate room to be ready in no time. While our stay was of only 2 nights, the comfort of our room and of the facilities was apparent. Upon check-out, Mr Joseph was most helpful, requesting our comments on things that could be improved. We had 3 observations: 1. the bar door should self-close as its music is very loud and floods the reception area; 2. the reading room at the right side upon entering the lobby used to have a nice feeling of coziness and elegance with beautiful art and furniture before; it was replaced with a large soul-less meeting table that does not portray the status of the facility; 3. the service door in the lobby to the side of the elevators leading to the interior service hallways should always be closed, as guests awaiting the elevator have the view downgraded by this sight. This is probably my 10th time staying in this very cozy, friendly and incredibly well located hotel, and I wholeheartedly recommend it, either for business or for vacations. It is a well kept secret in San Isidro, Lima. Sincerely, Harish"

"Great location of apartment with a convenience store and supermercado on same block. Plenty of dining options within easy walking distance. Also walking distance to Salaverry Plaza mall. Will need to bring washing liquid for washing machine. Host provides bath towels and hand towels and basic set up for kitchen. Apartment equipped with two standing fans for comfort. Building is quiet and you cannot hear your neighbors."
