Wonderful hotel in a great location. Room was spacious and clean and the staff were lovely. It would benefit from a hotel bar but we very much appreciated the bottle of wine!

Really nice hotel with a pleasant roof terrace and great staff; the free coffee all day was a nice touch as were the free croissants first thing. Lots of interesting food options nearby - iconic dining at: The Roxy; Bubby’s and Katz Diner were all only a short walk away. There are good transport connections via the nearby subway station and it sits in a very friendly and safe neighbourhood on the border between Chinatown and Little Italy.

What a gem of a place! Our bedroom was really tastefully furnished with a cute veranda outside.
We knew we would be arriving late so a self check in was available and perfect for us.
Breakfast was gorgeous and the lady who prepared it was super friendly.
The area around is so quiet and just a stone's throw from the beach.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely B&B :)

Lovely small boutique hotel in a great location downtown away from the main hustle and bustle. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and quiet with a great shower and complimentary toiletries. Tea and coffee facilities in the lounge 24/7 plus a complimentary breakfast of pastries and orange juice which was a welcome surprise. It is a little dated and could perhaps do with some modern decoration but this didn't really distract from a great stay.

Great location and very quiet on the 14th floor. My only complaint is no mirror in the room. Only mirror was in the bathroom. I had to blow dry my hair whilst looking into a small vanity mirror propped up. I need a mirror to fix my hair in the morning, so do most ladies I imagine.
