Big room - well maintained- lovely view to garden - we were in Camilla. 10 mins into town but situated in countryside near parks, historic houses and museums. Easy reach for James Cook Hospital. Lovely country house hotel - obviously newly created in beautiful Edwardian house. We will be back"

"The room was lovely and very comfortable. I had some difficulty with the stairs both in the accommodation and in the outer building because of my mobility, so I would warn others of the steepness of the stairs. Everything was very clean and well presented, plenty of continental breakfast choices, tea and coffee etc. This would only have been improved by a more practical washing up facility than the bathroom sink. Having said that though, the bathroom was spotlessly clean."
